PERCEPTIONS
Cover Illustration
Perceptions magazine needed a way to organize a messy mix of student art and writing without clashing with the actual work. To solve this, this proposed concept uses the familiar, rugged textures of the Pacific Northwest to give all the different artists a shared local foundation. By rooting the brand in Oregon’s natural landscape, this approach was built to turn a scattered collection of individual voices into one connected community gallery.
